Prices Are Rising In Most Popular Neighborhoods In The SE Phoenix Metro Area

The following chart shows how prices have increased (or not) in some of the most popular areas in the South East Phoenx Metro Area.  This chart reflects the change in sale prices from the 12 months ending 8/25/15 to the 12 months ending 8/24/16.  Johnson Ranch is an area with tremendous turnover since they were the hardest hit in 2008. Fulton Ranch is a very popular and higher priced development offering fantastic master planned community features. The Islands and Val Vista Lakes has stood the test of time and continue to attract buyers consistently. These are just a few of the great communities the East Valley has to offer.
