"This review is to help prospective buyers or sellers of homes to not make the same mistake I did by not choosing to use Brandon Switzer in the first place. I interviewed many realtors to sell my home, and ended up settling on another realtor. Based on the advice of my first realtor, we had many showings and no offers on our home. Our house sat on the market for 6 months, and I was frustrated because it was a beautiful home. We ended up taking it off of the market and choosing Brandon to sell our home. Based on his advice and a couple of minor repairs to the house, he got our house under contract in 4 days. He made the selling process very pleasant because he was on top of everything, he was always available when we needed him, and he had good answers to all of our questions. The process was so smooth with Brandon and we decided to use him for the purchase of our next home. Our problem at this time was that I had to move to Illinois for 5 months because of a family emergency. We really had to rely on Brandon to find us a house based on our criteria and help us manage everything from across the country. He sent us listings based on that criteria and we found one that we really liked. He immediately went to the house and took a narrative video of the place and sent it to us. It was our dream house and it had a lot of prospective buyers. Based on his advice, we were able to beat out the other prospective buyers without having to exhaust any extra financial resources. We were under contract the next day after Brandon took the video. We have had several bad experiences with realtors before, but with Brandon we were able to make our dreams come true. I cannot oversell Brandon enough because he really is that good, honest, professional, and on top of everything.
